Fancy making a coffee cocktail at home? Then try one of our delicious recipes. Each one artfully combines coffee with the best whiskeys and liqueurs to create the perfect alcohol-infused pick-me-up for the weekend.

Espresso Noir

 

Espresso Noir

Ingredients:


1.5 x Cherry flavouring shot
1 x Amaretto shot
1 x Espresso shot
A Dash of gomme syrup
A Dash of cream

Method:


1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass
2. Place a shaker tin on top the mixing glass (make sure you do it at a slight angle otherwise it’s a pain to take off)
3. Give a nice, hard tap to seal the glass and shaker
4. Shake hard in nice big movements for 10-12 seconds
5. Separate the shaker – hold the shaker tin in one hand and use the palm of your hand to ‘tap’ on the tin
6. Lift the mixing glass off
7. Use a strainer to pour your drink into a flute glass
8. Add a straw and you’ve got yourself a coffee cocktail!

Raspberry Truffle

Ingredients:


1 x Stoli coffee shot
1 x Ily coffee shot
1 x Raspberry flavouring shot
A Dollop of whipped cream
A Sprinkling of chocolate powder

Method:


1. Add all the ingredients – except for the chocolate powder - into a mixing glass
2. Place a shaker tin on top the mixing glass (make sure you do it at a slight angle otherwise it’s a pain to take off)
3. Give a nice, hard tap to seal the glass and shaker
4. Shake hard in nice big movements for 10-12 seconds
5. Separate the shaker – hold the shaker tin in one hand and use the palm of your hand to ‘tap’ on the tin
6. Lift the mixing glass off
7. Use a strainer to pour your drink into a flute glass
8. Add a sprinkling of chocolate powder, throw in a straw and you’ve got yourself a coffee cocktail!

 

Nutty Irishman

1 x Baileys
1 x Frangelico
120ml x espresso
Handful of crushed pistachios
A sprinkling of chocolate powder

Method:

Honey Bee

Honey Bee cocktail

Ingredients:

2 x Jack Daniel’s Honey
1 x Gomme syrup shot
100 ml Espresso
A Dollop of single cream
A Dollop of whipped cream

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass
2. Place a shaker tin on top the mixing glass (make sure you do it at a slight angle otherwise it’s a pain to take off)
3. Give a nice, hard tap to seal the glass and shaker
4. Shake hard in nice big movements for 10-12 seconds
5. Separate the shaker – hold the shaker tin in one hand and use the palm of your hand to ‘tap’ on the tin
6. Lift the mixing glass off
7. Use a strainer to pour your drink into a jam jar
8. Throw in a straw and you’ve got yourself a coffee cocktail!

Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

1 x Teich coffee shot
1 x Stoli vanilla shot
1 x Regular coffee shot
1 x Gomme syrup shot

Method:

1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass
2. Place a shaker tin on top the mixing glass (make sure you do it at a slight angle otherwise it’s a pain to take off)
3. Give a nice, hard tap to seal the glass and shaker
4. Shake hard in nice big movements for 10-12 seconds
5. Separate the shaker – hold the shaker tin in one hand and use the palm of your hand to ‘tap’ on the tin
6. Lift the mixing glass off
7. Use a strainer to pour your drink into a Martini glass
8. Throw in a straw and you’ve got yourself a coffee cocktail!
