NEWS: EA Sports Teams Up With Man City
Publisher EA Sports has signed a new deal with Manchester City to develop a series of exclusive gaming and digital content centred on the football club.
The next game in the FIFA football series will see the Blues in a prominent spot. All players have been filmed in 360 degree 3D views for the FIFA 12 game which is arriving in stores on September 30.
EA Sports will create customised content for special gaming areas to be set up around Etihad Stadium, the home of the football team.
New City-focused games will be marketed by both the club and the publisher under the partnership agreement.
EA’s football business lead Nick Harford said: “We are delighted to be entering into a dynamic new partnership with Manchester City.
“Through this agreement, EA Sports will invest in the creation of bespoke content and experiences that bring Manchester City fans across the globe closer to the team they love.”
