The publisher said that the release date will be the same for all three platforms – Xbox 360, PS3 and PC.
News of the fourth Assassin’s Creed game release comes after Nintendo’s announcement that the third-person action title will feature on its latest Wii U console.
Ubisoft also unveiled the dates for a few of its other games set for release.
The much-awaited Splinter Cell Trilogy HD on PS3 will be out on July 22 along with western-themed video game Call of Juarez: The Cartel on Xbox 360 and PS3.
The latter can be played on PC a month later on August 26.
Next year, players will be able to enjoy Ghost Recon Future Soldier when it hits the stores on Xbox 360 and PS3.
Those who are interested in family-oriented games will be pleased with Black Bean’s National Geographic quiz game set to be released on June 24 for PS3, Wii and PC.
The distribution of the video game will be managed by Ubisoft, just like it did with the Italian publishing firm’s newly released SBK 2011.
