Love movies? You can soon watch the best of Disney and Pixar online with a new streaming service from the animation giant.
DisneyLife, as it is known, isn’t the only new streaming kid on the block. Over in the US, YouTube has launched its own service called Red, which is set for release in the UK next year.
So what exactly can we expect from the two services? And is it worth switching from Netflix, Amazon Prime and Now TV? We take a look at streaming Disney and YouTube style…
Subscribe to this streaming service to access much-loved Disney films, music, books and TV programmes – all through an app on your phone or tablet.

The monthly fee of £9.99 is cheaper than subscribing to Disney cable and satellite channels, although more expensive than rivals like Amazon and Netflix.
Each family member can create a profile on the app – with thousands of children’s TV episodes, albums, books and movies available to stream or download.
Watch family favourites like Frozen and The Lion King, as well as the entire back-catalogue of Pixar films.
Little ones will love the old and new classics on offer – though, for bigger kids, there’s no Star Wars or Marvel franchises available at the moment.

YouTube Red launched in the US on 28 October and is due to arrive in the UK next year.
It costs $9.99 a month (around £6.50) – a small price for watching all the YouTube video and music you like without any adverts interrupting. And that’s across your computer, TV or phone and tablet.
You can save videos for offline viewing for up to 30 days, or listen with the screen off on mobile devices. Everything is available to access wherever you sign in with your Google account.
From early next year, Red will offer member-only access to original content – with new drama and comedy shows featuring popular YouTubers like PewDiePie and Lilly Singh.
YouTube has joined up with Google Play Music (also $9.99 a month). Subscribe to one and get access to the other.
A separate Music app is also on its way – although there’s no release date as yet.
YouTube itself won’t change – if you don’t want to sign up you can still view same videos as before, just with ads.
