Emily Johnston is the voice behind one of the UK’s most influential fashion websites. In just a few years, she’s gone from blogging on the side to running a full-time fashion empire – and it all began on a laptop.
Today, she still relies on this trusty piece of tech to keep her business in order. Recently she switched to the HP Pavilion x360 and describes it as a “perfect fit”.
It’s not solely about style though, the HP x360 is also a great all-rounder for work and play. Emily uses it to:
- Run demanding photo-editing software with ease thanks to the Intel Pentium 4405U Processor – “besides being one of the coolest ‘transformers’ out there, the HP Pavilion x360 is actually one of the fastest as well”
- Manage her business using Microsoft Office 365 – the 360 comes with Windows 10 pre-loaded, which Emily says is “one of the greatest things to ever happen” to a PC
- Store all her photos and files with 1 TB storage
- Work on the go thanks to a long battery life (up to 9.5 hours)
“It pretty much has the name 360 for a reason because it can actually touch every single point in what’s needed for your life – from working, to playing, to organising, to just keeping things running,” she says. “That’s what a computer is supposed to do, make your life easier.”
As a final tip, Emily also recommends backing up all your files daily with an external hard drive. She uses the WD My Passport Ultra.
