THQ has confirmed its plans to make art game and peripheral uDraw available on the Xbox 360 and PS3 later this year.
The publisher will bring an updated version of the device to those consoles following strong sales on Wii.
The latest version will come with trendy features such as high-definition drawings, a more sensitive stylus pen, motion features, longer drawing time as well as touch-screen controls.
Fans may also be thrilled to learn that a revised uDraw Studio game known as Instant Artist will accompany the new uDraw accessory when it arrives this autumn.
Players will be able to create as well as share their own drawings with others online.
Other uDraw games on Xbox 360 and PS3 will include Pictionary: Ultimate Edition. Plenty of art-based titles will be available throughout 2011 and 2012.
The Penguins of Madagascar will be exclusively compatible with the Wii uDraw tablet.
THQ’s president and CEO Brian Farrell said: “As soon as we introduced uDraw last year, Xbox 360 and PS3 fans began asking when they could experience it, too – and beginning this autumn, they can.”
