Salmon and cream cheese is always a winning combination – but why not try stepping things up on match day with this Celtic take on an old favourite?
Here’s our Football Fusion recipe for Irish soda bread topped with Swedish gravlax and cream cheese.
250g plain flour
125g wholemeal flour
½ ltr buttermilk
½ tbsp baking soda
Swedish smoked salmon
1. Mix the flour and oats
2. Sieve in the baking soda and mix through the milk
3. Bake at 180 C for about 45mins
4. Add the salmon on top, along with some cream cheese, dill and sunflower seeds
