The XPS 15z, which is seen as a rival to Apple’s MacBook Air, comes with Nvidia GeForce GT 525M graphics cards in 1GB or 2GB options.
The 15-inch Windows notebook offers up to 8GB of memory and up to 750GB of hard disk space. According to the firm, it is designed for work and play.
Alongside a moulded aluminium casing measuring 24.7mm in thickness, the laptop also flaunts a ‘floating’ effect for the screen panel and a back-lit chiclet keyboard.
Other features include an optional Full HD WLED display and Nvidia 3D TV Play technology.
The notebook boasts up to eight hours of battery life power, while in terms of connectivity it supports Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi and USB 3.0.
The company is currently offering the new XPS 15z through its website, with prices starting at £899. However, it will soon be made available in shops, Dell added.
